These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WorkoutDraft ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

WorkoutDraft is a workout routine planner that helps you create routines, log workouts, track personal records, and receive AI-generated workout suggestions. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app to generate harmful, misleading, or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Abuse the AI service by submitting excessive or automated requests
• Share your account credentials with others

2. Health Disclaimer

WorkoutDraft is NOT medical advice. The exercise information, workout routines, and AI-generated suggestions provided by WorkoutDraft are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program
• If you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns, seek medical clearance before exercising
• You are solely responsible for your own safety during exercise
• WorkoutDraft does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any workout suggestions for any individual user
• Use of exercise information and AI suggestions is entirely at your own risk

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

4. AI-Generated Content

Workout routines and exercise suggestions generated by WorkoutDraft's AI feature are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be appropriate for your fitness level, health condition, or goals. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated workout before performing it. We do not guarantee the correctness, safety, or suitability of AI-generated workout routines.

5. Free and Premium Plans

WorkoutDraft offers a free tier with limited features (3 routines, basic history) and a premium subscription ($4.99/month) with unlimited routines, AI suggestions, progress charts, and additional features.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

6. Intellectual Property

WorkoutDraft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your workout data, routines, and exercise logs remain yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated workout suggestions may not be suitable for all users. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. Always use proper form and appropriate weight for your fitness level.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, health complications, or damages caused by following workout routines or AI-generated suggestions.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
