WorkoutDraft includes over 100 exercises organized by muscle group (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Arms, Core) and equipment type (Barbell, Dumbbell, Cable, Machine, Bodyweight). Each exercise has clear performance instructions. The full library is available to all users, free and premium.
How does the AI workout suggestion work?
Tell WorkoutDraft your fitness goal (Muscle Building, Strength, Endurance, Weight Loss, or General Fitness), your available equipment, and your fitness level. The AI generates a complete workout routine including warm-up and cool-down recommendations. This is a premium feature.
Is my workout data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is stored with Supabase using row-level security, meaning only you can access your workout records. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information.
Is WorkoutDraft medical advice?
No. WorkoutDraft is NOT medical advice. The exercise information, workout routines, and AI suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only.
