WorkoutDraft ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by DJUMP, MB, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use WorkoutDraft.

2. Health & Fitness Data
WorkoutDraft collects health and fitness-related data including workout sessions, exercise logs (sets, reps, weight), personal records, and fitness goals. This data is used solely to provide the core workout planning and tracking features of the app.
- Your health and fitness data is stored securely with row-level security and is only accessible by you.
- We do not share your health and fitness data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not integrate with HealthKit, Google Fit, or any other health platform.
- Your fitness data is never used for AI model training.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment or credit card information. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through RevenueCat.
- We do not collect location data.
- We do not collect biometric data (heart rate, body measurements, etc.).
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core app functionality (workout routine creation, session logging, personal records tracking)
- To authenticate your account and sync data across devices
- To store your workout history and personal records
- To generate AI workout suggestions based on your goals and preferences (premium feature)
- To send push notifications you have opted into
- To analyze app usage and improve the user experience
5. AI Processing
Your fitness goals, equipment preferences, and fitness level are sent to our AI service (via Supabase Edge Functions) solely to generate workout suggestions. This data is not used for AI model training. Generated routines are stored in your personal account for your reference.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security (RLS), meaning only you can access your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
7. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Authentication, database hosting, and Edge Functions
- OpenAI — AI workout suggestion generation (via server-side Edge Functions; your data is not shared directly)
- RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management
- Mixpanel — Anonymous usage analytics
- Apple / Google — OAuth sign-in providers
8. Your Rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings, which will permanently remove all your workout data, routines, and personal records. You can also contact us at support@workoutdraft.app.
9. Children's Privacy
WorkoutDraft is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above.
